Without taking anything away - they are what they are.
However, they are completely flat at the front. And very thin - almost weightless. However, they are sturdy and well cut - strong and rounded at the back. If you can add some decorative flair to the front - that's a great suggestion for size and quantity - I THINK. I'm sending mine back because they're best for things I don't need them for. For example blue blazer, black leather jacket. THIS IS NOT the high quality solid brass that comes standard with decent products - they look cheap. Of course they are.
