Review on Gateway Ticketing Systems by Terrance Singletary

I love the ease of use of the software. It's so easy to navigate and use. I do wish that there were more options for customizing the way the software looks. The ticketing system that we currently use is not supported by the software. I am able to do almost everything I need to do using the software. It is very easy to get around and get things done. I also love that I can keep track of everything with a single screen. There is nothing I dislike about the software. It is easy to use and the customer service and support is excellent.
