Review on AVerMedia AS311 Speakerphone AI Powered Suppression by Angie Creek

I thought I had a good setup for my work PC until my boss gave me a curve and wanted to use Teams over our PC for audio and voice. Well, in a team of 7, I was the only one who couldn't get my mic to work. I had to type my answers into our group chat and it was so humiliating that I immediately swore I would never suffer like this and I would fix it. So log in to AVerMedia AS311. Plugging in was as easy as plugging in and there were no drivers to get it working which is VERY important for those of us using this product to work without admin privileges and something I haven't been able to verify and which I only remembered after unpacking. But yes, luckily it just works, no drivers or any kind of installation required. I tested it with a colleague and I could hear her in daylight like she was next to me and she said I was very clear. Also. I really like how the mute buttons are shown as a row of red buttons so not easy to miss, very nice and tricky and I'm not sure how the AI works but I leave it on and no problems. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for so that in the future I would agree with my boss to either ask us to use the phone or use our computer for audio and conversations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, ESPECIALLY FOR MICROSOFT EMPLOYEES/TEAMS!
