The ease of use, customization options available with this tool are unmatched in its class! It allows you create custom forms which can be used within your organization or shared across multiple organizations without any restrictions (as long as both parties have access). I would like more flexibility when it comes to creating reports - currently there's no way other than using an external reporting system such as Crystal Reports. We needed something that allowed us to easily build out our customer relationships through various channels including email campaigns, chatbots etc while also having robust CRM functionality built right into one platform so we could leverage all these tools from just 1 place.
