This skirt is surprisingly tight and beautiful; The only problem is the strong smell of naphthalene which I hope will dissipate over time. Otherwise it is high quality and feels like it will last for decades! I would say it's a bit big. The waist has stretch - I have a 37" waist and had to buy the 1XL which was listed as a 34" waist and it fits perfectly. If they ever bring back other colors in stock I would buy more. The skirt is highly recommended.
