I'm definitely a jeweler. I wear it a lot and never take it off; These earrings are included. I never take them off. Always. None of the stones came out and they sparkle just as brightly as the day I first put them on. Too bulky for cartilage piercing. I like them so much I bought a second set just in case something happens to the ones I have.
