I have a hard time finding shoes to wear, mainly due to the bane of peripheral neuropathy. I ordered this at 12 X (2E) based on measurements and recommendations from my orthopedist. I have ordered another pair of shoes from this brand but in a completely different style, in a smaller size and they run small. For me they are too big - in length and width - even with adjustment options. I'm frustrated because I live in a rural area and it's extremely difficult to find a larger size shoe for women with foot problems, so I have to rely on Revain. (THANK YOU, Revane!) For those whose feet get a lot of swelling during the day and/or who are wheelchair bound most of the time, they would probably be perfect. They seem to be very well made and make a very robust impression. I wish they fit, they seem comfy!
