Looks good, instructions are bad.
Lamp looks good but comes with BAD instructions. The plug is not marked with a minus or plus, as the instructions suggest. Wires are indeed positive and neutral/negative. The plug has a large and a small pin. The larger pin is "neutral" and the smaller pin is "positive". Attached is a picture of the wiring which took some research to figure out the correct setup. Follow the socket plug into the light and then insert the white plug. Blue is "neutral/negative") and connected to a wide stylus, Brown is "positive" and connected to a thinner stylus.
