This is a good mix of microfiber elements, lots of them, and an absorbent sponge, meaning less walking to the bucket ;) The fibers really grab the dirt. with such a large surface compared to an absorbent sponge. flat surface, it really picks up the maximum amount of dirt with less effort. The strap keeps it in hand. Overall one of the best wash bags I've ever used.
