My daughter and I have several Nordic Ware bread pans and baking pans. At first I was worried they would be difficult to peel and my pastries would stick, but that's definitely not a problem, and because of their thickness, they bake evenly. Drizzle generously with oil, then dust the pan with flour. Love her. Nordic Ware bread pans make a great gift. This was bought as a wedding gift. They make a truly unique, one of a kind gift and produce beautiful pastries.
