Poor quality control when leaving warehouse or shipping location
One of the radiators arrived safely, looks good. The second is dented, there are traces of paint on the ribs, the paint has chipped and the ribs are damaged. The shipping box the radiators came in was in perfect condition with no damage. So I think this damaged, poorly painted radiator left the warehouse/dispatch area like this.
