Review on Samsung Galaxy A31 64GB International by Liang Chi-en ᠌

The worst product for your money, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Bought two phones. One for myself, as a second for work and another daughter to whom there are no complaints. Installing applications on my smart phone and doing other data transfers from the previous Samsung, I left the A31 connected to the Samsung laptop for the night using the standard charging cable. Woke up at night from smoke and cod. The smartphone swelled up like a pie and sparkled. There was so much smoke that the curtains had to be washed. After the smart cooled down, it took almost the same shape, but the screen partially peeled off on the sides and brown traces of melting appeared on the case. The funny thing is that after all this, the smartphone continued to work normally ! (I haven't checked in detail) Of course, I took it to the store where I bought it with a request to replace it with a serviceable one, and here events that were completely unexpected from Samsung began. The sellers abruptly changed their tactful attitude to contempt and at first even refused to accept it for repair, despite the fact that only a few days had passed since the purchase. As a result of lengthy persuasion and humiliating requests, they accepted it for repair, but a few days later they called and informed the decision of the service center. The SC reads that the phone was affected by some frequencies. There were no more explanations. This is how Samsung treats its loyal customers. s/n 4173732967 * I was especially surprised by the condition of the device, which they tried to return to me after the "diagnostics" in the Samsung service center. In the box was a disassembled smartphone !

Pros
  • 1. Budget, but well worth the money. 2. Good assembly. 3. Holds a charge for a long time. (judging by the second smartphone that works flawlessly)
Cons
  • Broke a few days after purchase. Warranty denied.
