For my tastes, the sound for plugs is excellent. I like the sound of Sony in theory (other options include the vintage WH1000 xm2). Excellent balance, airiness, and transparency (if you can talk about this type of headphones). Also impressive is the functionality, but I haven't worked it out yet. The headphones and the case both feel quite high quality when held in the hand. The headset receives criticism frequently, however after updating to the newest firmware, everything functions well for both me and the other person (I used my ears, including for active work conversations from home in self-isolation).
