Worthless after less than a year of use, unpleasant seller

EDIT TO ADD: I was very careful with these headphones and didn't use them often. However, they didn't last at all. The charging connector for the micro USB side of the charger is loose / the charging cable is falling out. You regularly stumble upon Blue Tooth for no reason. They don't hold a charge for long. And the audio cable doesn't work at all when Bluetooth is not used. Hoarse and mostly quiet. So in my opinion these headphones are rubbish. they don't last. Rip off. Also, the seller keeps spamming me with unsolicited messages saying they "want to help" but not offering any solutions. It's so gross. zero stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Adequate, but I was hoping for more. It's only been a few days but so far I like these headphones for the price. Works well, sound quality is good. Cons: They are really big. Case size is INTENSIVE. And that's okay. I mean, it protects the headphones well, but it also defeats the purpose of a foldable headset. It doesn't look like you're saving space in your bag. There are a few other things I don't like: When you turn your headphones on or off and the voice announces it through the speakers. It's annoying and often quite loud and annoying. I think this would be a nice option for accessibility purposes, but I'd prefer a silent way to see if the headphones are turning on or off. Another problem, I can't get the FM radio to work. This continues, but the headset seems to be constantly tuned in to searching for stations and I can't get it to stop on one even when the signal seems clear. It just pauses for a moment and then resumes further scanning. So it's entirely possible that I'm doing something wrong, but there wasn't a manual or instructions in the box so I have no way of verifying. (That's another downside. No manual. There are only a few buttons, so it's fine, but since the functionality isn't exactly intuitive, a manual would be nice.) Still, I don't care. Radio function, so not a big problem for me. The headphones connect to my new tablet fairly easily and work well for that purpose. I've found them to work well until I'm about 10 feet from the unit and then the signal becomes intermittent, which is more than normal. Visually, the black case is rather ugly and the earphones themselves, although advertised as "gold", come much closer to a taupe. All in all they are quite reasonable for the price.
