These are the same grill screens I used as a kid fast food chef. Those who choose to develop the cast iron skillet "seasoning" on their Blackstone pans should be aware that these strainers are very abrasive. They quickly cut through your coating and give the pan surface a shiny silver finish. If this is your desired effect/result, buy them. If you don't want to lose your slick black spice, you should probably find something less abrasive.
