The quad detached from the transmitter and crashed into the back of my house. The result was an explosion of ATV parts that littered my backyard. I contacted support and even asked about building my own drone. We were told that another member of the Arris team would be in touch. Yes. It never happened. So, as always, Revane came to the rescue. Tldr - The drone was fun when it existed. Test all your settings in the beta. After verification, check them again. Ask a friend or neighbor to check. Make sure all children, small animals, and things you love and care about are indoors or in a safe place. And when something hits the fan, don't rely on Arris support to be responsive, helpful, or anything like that. Would leave negative stars for Arris but 20 for Revane. If you need a quad to have fun they have a great support team - check out iFlight they have fixed all the issues with the quads I recently bought from them. This is how support should be.
