Garbage: Accessories

Well, I should have known better. I lost a set of lenses for my Oakleys and thought they would be a good replacement as they are transitional lenses which as a cyclist I found great for changing light conditions while riding. The Revain reviews for them were all over the place, but I convinced myself that getting a polarized interchangeable lens with a transition option was a good buy, wasn't it!. Firstly they are very thin and when handling them I expected them to tear at any moment but don't worry they didn't even fit my XL frames (I ordered an interchangeable XL size) so the problem was solved. I then verified that the transition lens actually worked and reproduced the setting Walleva uses for this illustration. Now I don't want to blame them for Photoshopping my photos, but the only transition I saw was money draining from my credit card bill to pay for this junk. Of course, these lenses were quickly packed and sent back to Revain. I'm giving them one star because I bought it through Revain Prime and Prime made the return easy and quick. I ended up ordering genuine Oakley replacement lenses through Revain. For a few bucks more, it's worth getting lenses that fit and are well made. My advice, don't repeat my mistakes and stay away from them

Pros
  • lens thickness: 1.4 mm (cheap version: 1.0 mm); Walleva Repellent Coating (dust and water repellent)
Cons
