Very difficult to turn and misleading size
I bought this for my elderly father and even after riding the rice a few times the turn was very sharp. The size list is also a bit misleading as it takes into account the bottom of the storage jar suggesting it has more capacity than a 3 inch jar. If you pass a full load of pepper, you might get a tablespoon. Not being able to return it means this company will never see a penny from me, and hopefully readers will save, too.
