The service is excellent. They get back to you in a timely manner and are always willing to help. I haven't found anything I dislike yet. I would love to see more languages available. I am still getting to know the platform but it is very easy to use and navigate. They have made it easy to find a service provider for a car rental in the Bay Area and then pick up the car from the rental company. We have used a variety of rental car services in the past and this one is by far the easiest to use and manage.
