Great laptop, no support

Having used the laptop (i7 FHD) for a few months I can say with confidence that it's great: great features and performance, great I/O, great build quality. severely deformed in normal use. Repeatedly opening and closing the monitor revealed a manufacturing/assembly issue. It doesn't cause any real problems with the car (other than cosmetic ones) *yet*. Razer does not support my case as my country is not part of their "shipping network" so I am unable to return it for further verification. So much for international shipping and warranty: (It's light and generally quiet (fans are normally off and only turn on when needed) and the trackpad is awesome. I just like the gamer-y RGB keyboard for its individuality Appearance, not a gaming machine, the Intel Iris Xe performs well in simple games and can even handle FHD content (though not 4K. The 11th Gen i7 processor is also no problem. The need to connect, too when many programs and virtual machines are running at the same time I don't use a touchscreen, but it's nice to have one (especially when I press the edge of a key), I've had frequent BSODs (Windows Blue Screen) and sudden reboots, allegedly caused by the new Intel Iris Xe graphics and were fixed by updating drivers through the Intel Driver & Support Assistant, not driver updates from Raz e. Although the BSOD occurs due to Intel and Windows compatibility, Razer does not provide proper support to its customers, especially through driver updates. If I didn't have the know-how, I would have to send it back. I would advise against buying the 8GB RAM version as it is not upgradeable and will be too small for a couple of years. If the 16GB price is too high, look for other cheaper laptops. Overall, especially after fixing the BSOD, I would definitely recommend this laptop power user like me. However, I'd be happy to see 512GB of storage at this price point and a 32GB RAM version for those who need it. EDIT: While this seemed perfect for my needs, I was wrong to purchase this product. Razer's lack of driver and RMA support causes me a lot of problems and inconveniences.
