Great job! Both heavy duty and regular fit my top and bottom teeth, but you only have to use 1 of each. I am so thankful because I have a deep/malocclusion (I need braces) but they still fit my teeth perfectly! Applying it to my upper teeth meant my lips didn't fully touch/close in the center, but it didn't allow me to breathe through my mouth. When applied to the lower teeth, I was able to close my mouth as usual. They don't come out when I sleep! I grind/bite my teeth in my sleep and have used a mouthguard in the past without success. They were all smaller in length (height between the top/middle of the gums and the bottom of the teeth). That's why they came out of my mouth in my sleep and I woke up with them next to me. I also chewed a few over the course of a month. So this is a lifeline! Seriously, I'm so glad it fits.
