UPDATE: 3 to 5 stars. ESR customer service, by the way, was great at reaching out and sending a replacement case. Very caring and quick replies. The new case is great and fits like a glove. It should fail on the first try. Now everything is without cons. I love this case as a second case for my UAG. Offers the same protection so far. I definitely recommend it. Pros: Inexpensive, responsive buttons, very clear, good protection, durable once installed, great cutouts for camera, charger, and mute buttons. Cons: Doesn't fit the phone properly. The phone looks bulky. I wanted to try ESR again after liking the previous iPhone 11 Pro case. This case is good and protective for a lightweight case, but I wouldn't buy and use it. Returned the same day I received it. Incomplete coverage of my phone is a deal breaker for me.
