Excellent customer service

I don't usually write reviews but I have to. I had a problem with one of the cartridges, the printer didn't recognize it. I emailed Smartink customer service and to my surprise, received an immediate response. Julia from support reacted with genuine concern. With some back and forth between the two of us we solved the problem. It was nice to deal with someone who cared and knew how to get things done. Thank you Smartinka and Julia.
