The instructions for this faucet do not appear to be entirely accurate. The two large washers that came with it seemed unnecessary, and the Allen key that came with it was definitely not needed. However, the setup was easy to understand. Screwing the hoses onto the copper tubing was a bit awkward, but one day you could assume you'd never have to take them off again. The hose lengths were just right. The water flow is greater than the previous faucet and I had to half close the valves. This brushed nickel finish shines better than a replacement faucet. Very strong and surprisingly heavy for its size. Doesn't repel water as well as the Pfister nickel it replaced. The Pfister had an anti-stain treatment and a curved design. The water sits and dries on this faucet.
