Feels strong and firm. I love that it comes with covers on both ends to protect it when not in use. The only problem was that the end of the cuticle pusher was like a jagged edge that I had to smooth out myself as it was scratching my nail; After that it glided well on my nail. The shovel at the end is a nice feature too. Another thing I have to say is that when considering whether or not to buy this product, the thickness of your nail should also be considered as it can be stiffer on a more delicate nail. I alternate this product with another cuticle pusher (which I brought elsewhere to compare) on a few spots on my nails.
