I have a watermelon flavor that is truly amazing (like a watermelon fun ranch)! I got it because it was designed for weight loss and I needed an extra boost at the gym to last longer and sweat because I have a hard time doing it. I take this 6/7 days a week and I take it as directed. 1 scoop per 6 ounces of cold water 30 minutes before your two largest meals of the day, lunch and dinner. I also have a meal replacement shake in the morning for breakfast and then try to follow a moderately low-card diet for lunch, dinner and snacks. It helped me lose 8 pounds in 2.5 weeks! I'm happy! I'm curious to try another flavor of slimming formula (mango)! To update! The scale didn't move BUT I lost 1" from my waist, 1.5" from my hips and 0.5" from my neck. That's great! Slowly but grumpily I'm getting to what I want .
