I love this product; It's also nice to know that it's cruelty-free and eco-friendly. It thoroughly cleanses the skin and I can feel the peeling, but it's mild and non-irritating. I used to work for a company that made high-end glycolic acid anti-aging cleansers, and they could be pretty harsh. It also cleans my back (ugh) but doesn't dry out my skin. Other stronger products can make your skin red and irritated; not this one. Very gentle peeling. And it smells amazing; The only complaint is that the pump dispenser broke and pouring it out is quite annoying and potentially wasteful.
