Review on Expotracker by Carl Lipschultz

Expotracker is very easy to use. The user interface is very intuitive. I have to say that the customer service is exceptional. I have had to call in with a question about a technical issue and the customer service rep (who is also a very seasoned expo attendee) helped me through it and made sure my needs were met. I would recommend this product to anyone who has to plan large gatherings (i.e. expos, conferences, and trade shows). The ability to have everything in one place is very helpful. In the past, I would have to keep a list of what I needed to bring to an event. With this system, I can just go into my account and see the inventory of what I have and need. It makes things very easy.
