As a dedicated gardener, I'm constantly searching for reputable businesses that can provide me with the equipment and supplies I need to keep up with my lawn and garden. Therefore, I was eager to test ZeeDix when I learned about them. Unfortunately, I had a really negative experience working with this organization. First of all, it's hard to navigate and poorly constructed on their website. The items I was looking for took me a long time to find, and when I did, they were very expensive. Despite this, I made the decision to place an order and give them the benefit of the doubt. I was shocked to discover that the goods I bought were of poor quality and plainly not worth the money. The planting media was so tightly packed that it was impossible to work with, the soil was barren and devoid of nutrients, and the mulch was strewn with trash. I complained about the service I received and received inadequate and rude comments when I contacted customer service. They showed no inclination to make things right or give me a refund. Overall, ZeeDix was a big disappointment for me. I would not suggest this business to anyone because of how poor their website, merchandise, and customer service are. I advise shopping elsewhere if you're looking for high-quality gardening tools.
