I bought this item for my roommate because he was in severe pain from neglected oral hygiene. He didn't use it but I just had a root canal and ate with the other side of my mouth causing irritation and pain. It has definitely helped with pain and healing. The quick action is definitely worth a try. I honestly think it's overpriced when you can buy another type of product like Oragel for a lot less, but it doesn't numb your mouth or taste bad.
