size 140 day daughter is 7 years old and weighs 45 pounds. She is very slim. We buy 7slim pants that fit but are too short. They were too big for them, we roll up the waist for them to work. I don't mind the legs being a little loose, but the saggy inseam isn't that much. I like the quality and material though, they hold up well in the wash and will order a smaller size.
