I received my first battery 2/18/19 and by 3/26 my laptop alerted me that there was only 14% remaining. The battery that came with my laptop lasted 3 years, so I thought this battery must have been defective. The returns window had closed, but the seller replaced the battery without any hassles, even sent the replacement before receiving the defective battery. I received the replacement 4/3 and installed it that evening. This time I tested the battery when I first installed it, and it was only at 44%. I had hoped maybe it would charge at least some overnight, but it was down to 42% that next morning. I was extremely impressed with the customer service - polite, considerate, no hassles, shipping a replacement immediately without waiting until the other battery was received back by them. Unfortunately, the product itself seems to be less than average. Since it the battery remaining estimated to about 40% when I received it, I gave it 40% of the stars.
