Review on Silicon Power Armor A60: 1TB Black Rugged Portable External Hard Drive with Shockproof USB 3.1 Gen 1 for PC, Xbox, PS4, and PS5 by Tai Waldbillig

This is the second identical disc I have bought. My original drive still works great but I need an additional drive. I ordered this, unpacked the day after it arrived, plugged it in and tried to convert from FAT32 to exfat (according to the instructions) and then the drive disappeared. Couldn't find it in My Computer or Disk Management to initialize. I have contacted support via Revain Messages to try and get help. They emailed me within 2 hours and asked me to call but I wasn't at the computer. When I called they closed after 30 minutes and the technician gave me his personal number to call when I got back to my office. I called and the tech (Mike) tried unsuccessfully to get it working. We agreed that I would send it back and order a new one. About 45 minutes later (at 10:27pm) Mike called me back to say he had solved the problem. After 10 minutes the drive was properly partitioned, properly initialized and working. Big. I cannot express how grateful I am to Mike for being such a great help. Not only did he give me his personal number to call him after office hours, but the fact that he called me back with a solution blew me away! Thank you, I am very impressed with your excellent customer service. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
