Extra-long cable that stays cool and charges reliably. Worth the extra cost. Pros: The adapter stays cool even under heavy use. Extended cable. Connection plug 90° angled. The connector plug remains securely connected. Reliably loads at the expected speed. This is the second replacement cable I've bought for my Acer, my dog ate the original. The first replacement cord I bought was unsafe as the power adapter got almost so hot I couldn't touch it. I bought the Pwr+ cable about five weeks ago, use it for over 10 hours a day and am happy to report that the adapter stays cool on it and charges my laptop as expected (no slower than the standard cable). This cable is very long, which is nice; no longer have to sit next to a socket. I also like the 90º connector plug. I've had straight forks before and they seemed to snap more often than the 90 degree forks. I was tempted to buy another cheaper model but I'm glad I went with this one. Worth the extra cost.
