Similar quality to a MVMT or Daniel Wellington. By which I mean, cheaply made costume jewelry not intended to last past the first battery change. But good enough looking to fool anyone not paying attention, which is just about everyone you'll meet. The design is fine. There are no indices on the sweep second hand subdial, and also none for the minute hand, so you won't be using this watch to time things. It will tell you roughly the current time but it's not really designed to tell you the specific minute and second. And that's fine; it's a trade-off for the minimalist dial. The top subdial is a day/night indicator, not a moon phase. So if you need to know whether it's night or day, but don't care about the date or the phase of the moon, here you go. By the way, the day/night subdial strikes me as something a truly minimalist design would have omitted. I can't imagine it ever being useful for most people, unless they live in a cave or a spaceship. Or maybe a submarine. The crystal is glass, the skeletonized lance hands are metallic plated and mange to catch the light and are easy to see. I say they are lance hands because though they are shaped like dauphine hands, they are not faceted but are flat. This is one of the cost-saving measures that make this watch kind of mediocre looking. The other thing that hurts this watch is the bright white "CKE" logo on the face. This should be much, much less apparent in keeping with the rest of the design. Another irritating feature here is the tiny, tiny crown. It's quite difficult to use compared to the crown on most watches. But, on the plus side, you shouldn't have to mess with it much because even the cheapest quartz movements are very accurate, and this very cheap quartz movement is no exception.I can't really comment on the mesh bracelet. I hate every inexpensive mesh bracelet I have ever tried. I hate this one just as much. If you have a reason to like mesh bracelets, you will probably like this one too.In summary, I really don't care for this watch. It's cheap, it feels cheap, and the design is not to my taste. However, I can't go too hard on an under $25 watch. If you like the way this looks, you won't be unhappy given that low price. It will be accurate and you can expect to get a least a year out of it. But, unlike more expensive watches, this one is essentially disposable, and you'll be throwing it away eventually.
