Disappointing Blue Light Glasses for Computers
Based on my experience with these glasses, I found them to be ineffective in blocking blue light. Despite wearing them for hours, I still experienced eye strain and headaches. The only positive is that they are lightweight and comfortable to wear. However, the lack of functionality renders them useless. Save your money and invest in a better pair of blue light blocking glasses.
