Ok the problem was getting them attached. According to the instructions, it shows that you inserted two screws and attached the bracket you need for the light. Then when you install the base the holes in the base are top and bottom but the screws in the bracket are side by side so you need to change it then the screws holding the base were loose and one was too long for that the cover could not be tightened. But after a while we assembled everything and it looks very nice in our bathroom.
