The GRUENLICH online store does not live up to the expectations it sets out. The tools and products for home remodeling that they sell could give the impression of being of excellent quality, but in reality, they are below average. The ceiling lights that I bought had problems, and when I returned them for a replacement, I got lights that had the same problems. In addition to this, the customer support was of little assistance, and there was a delay in the shipping. When I contacted their customer support staff, the representatives were condescending and showed little enthusiasm in resolving the issues I had raised. I was left with a sense of annoyance and letdown after everything had concluded. GRUENLICH is unable to provide in a market where quality and attentiveness to the needs of customers is of the utmost importance. Their weak performance is simply not acceptable, and as a result, I am unable to suggest them to anyone looking for dependable products to improve their homes. Look elsewhere for a business that cares about its clients and is willing to stand by the quality of its wares if that's what you're after.
