Fits my baby perfectly. She is 3. I am a size 4T. They just look good on her. She wears "big girl" panties so don't worry about nappies although they are quite see through so I remember her panties are light colored too. They are great for wearing under tunic style dresses or shirts. I would call it "Cool Weather" pants. spring or autumn. Too thick for warm summer days and too thin for cold winters
