Review on Versatile Mokpi 8-Inch Nonstick Skillet: Ideal Cookware For Your Kitchen Or Camping Needs by Erin Johnston

Nice little pan good for me

The pan has a really nice look to it. The spatula is a basic wooden one that I honestly will not use. The pan is perfectly sized to fit on one of the three main (small) burners on my oven as its just slightly bigger than their size. I cooked some pancakes in this pan and they cooked very well, I was actually pleasantly surprised at how well they turned out. Not because of low expectations for the pan but because I don't think I have ever had pancakes come out that well when I cooked them. There is one issue I had with this pan. There are two metal screws under the handle near the pan and those screws heated up along with the pan, and when I grabbed the handle to move the pan, the screws burned my finger a little bit. But along the top of the handle is an indentation for your thumb, and if you grab the pan with your thumb in that indentation you should be fine, as it forces your hand in a position that should not touch those screws. But be careful when grabbing the hot pan, especially if you have kids helping you cook.Overall it's a nice little pan that cooks well. You just have to be careful with the handle.
