Everything I expected and more. I undressed with this adapter for the first time and was very satisfied. The large plate on top of the adapter that bolts to the fifth wheel provides much more stability than other adapters without it. Absolutely does not sway back and forth or sway like the older one. It was a little more difficult to install than expected, but it was great once we got the correct bill for drilling the screw holes. We didn't want to drill holes in the side of the fifth wheel to hold the nuts while tightening, so we were able to reach them with additional tools. But it may be easier for those who are used to drilling metal. I would recommend it and am very satisfied. My truck doesn't have a large hitch that needs to be removed when I need to tow a horse trailer.
