Above all, it's not an ugly brown! After reading the only review I was hesitant to take it, but I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised to find that it is actually a peach-apricot color. In the photos, the description is a little lighter than it really is, but I still like the real color. It covers the entire compartment well, not cheap or flimsy but I haven't tried other wipes so can't compare them. But it was great and easy to clean. The only thing I would say is that the edges don't sit flush with the mat, but that's not a deal breaker.
