I like the variety of sizes. I alternate them with my original piercings. So I can't tell you if they rotate or fall out easily. I put my original to bed because the hook is a lot longer, didn't want to lose it because the hooks on them are a lot smaller. They don't sit high on my nose and that's what I was really looking for. There it is perfect!
