Cute but the design could be better

I love that this set has everything a small rodent needs. The cage is high quality, easy to assemble and wash. The included house is a bit small but fits a mouse or dwarf hamster. The water bottle is small and therefore needs to be refilled very often. The feeding bowl is large enough to hold food for several days. I planted my mouse and she couldn't escape from this cage. The wheel is a bit big for her and she seems small to make it work. I think a bigger hamster would be able to move the big wheel more easily. However, she loves this wheel very much and is often attached to it. I would recommend this setup for a large hamster or small rat, but you will need a large water bottle and a house.
