I received this cable for my car. It's very short, which is great because I used to run a standard length Apple cable around the entire center console to connect my phone to Apple Play. This cord got tangled in everything which was very annoying. Also, I would have to chase lightning every time to connect my phone, which is also very annoying. Because this cable is so much shorter, it's the perfect length for what I need and it doesn't get in the way. The braided design makes it very strong and durable. It is dark gray and therefore also goes well with the gray interior of my car. I love it.
