I keep my test PC pretty far down in the basement outdoors, so I haven't run any ethernet cables to it yet. Instead, I used a clunky USB Wi-Fi adapter, which is pretty silly considering my motherboard has an M.2 NGFF connector and I have an M.2 802.11ax adapter. All I needed were two MHF4 IPEX antenna cables and a pair of SMA antennas - preferably slot mount. If you want the best possible performance you should probably go for an external antenna mount, other antennas. However, it was enough for me to return around 90MB/s STR to a NAS running at 1Gb/ s. Not s bad. recommended
