I bought three of these blow dryers because I couldn't find anything better for my curly hair which gets frizzy and frizzy from the summer humidity. The first is now three years old. I had to replace the plug, but that's not the manufacturer's fault - I've yanked it out of the wall too tightly too many times. After replacing the plug, it still works great! I bought a second one a few months ago to store elsewhere - it worked fine until last week the switch to turn it on stopped working. It wasn't good because I was about to go out and my hair was wet from the shower. I was able to switch it to low airflow so I could dry my hair for three days before the one I'm using now arrived. I think the seller or manufacturer should replace it. I will try to contact them and update.
