Does NOT work at all.
Tried 4 sachets, 40 minutes plus. ZERO color change, period. Looks like a manufacturing defect. The consistency and color is yellow like water out of a bag and even after I mixed for 2 minutes it doesn't look like the chemicals are mixing. All this to say that other solid color iColor products have worked well. snake oil.
