I am writing this review because after 1.5 years of use the charger started to turn off intermittently for a few seconds and then kept turning on but without any or regularities. After contacting support, they responded quickly and made a very easy free replacement. Also, the replacement came with the Prime so it got to me quickly. It's not every day that companies that boast a 2-year warranty redeem it after such a long period of continuous use. Thank you LVSUN. Other thoughts: I love the versatility of this charger. I use it for testing and repairing laptops and it is very convenient that you only need one charger. Many adapters are sold for this at very reasonable prices. Other reviews say it gets hot/warm. I agree, but almost all chargers I've used get at least hot, if not hotter. In general, if the charger dies in another 2 years, I will buy the same again.
