Review on newlng by Jon Robertson

Because of my regular need for industrial and scientific fasteners, I was eager to check out Newlng's web shop. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but negative interactions with this business. The fasteners I ordered were not what I expected, despite the company's assurances that they would be of good quality. Worse yet, I received unhelpful and unprofessional answers from their customer service team when I tried to address my concerns with them. The company's claim to provide excellent service to customers is obviously empty rhetoric. If you're looking for sturdy closures, I wouldn't suggest Newlng. Do yourself a favor and keep looking until you find a business that follows through on what it says it will do.
